Ghost Race Toronto: Ontario East Takeover

The Ghost Race is an 8 km challenge fueled by Strava, taking place in 12 cities throughout North America from October 12-21st. The Toronto course is an out and back from the Toronto Music Gardens, running East along the Martin Goodman Trail, up Cherry Street and home again. Racers can choose to run it alone or connect with Toronto runners at one of our scheduled crew runs taking place between Oct 12-21st.

On October 20th, we take Ontario East to The Ghost Race. Buses will meet at our lululemon Oshawa, Vaughan Mills, Scarborough Town and Markville locations to transport runners down to the course where you will be led along the Ghost Race trail with 15 pacers from local studio, Tribe Fitness. Pick your pace. All levels welcome! Following the run, all racers will be transported to brand new Toronto Brewery, Black Lab Brewing for some post-run fuel and well deserved hydration before being transported back to their home stores. Best field trip ever? We think so.

Details:

9 AM: Meet at the front door of your home stores (Runners will receive an email from their store leads to confirm this timing one week prior to the event)

10/10:30 AM: Arrival at Tribe Fitness

11 AM: Run the Ghost Race!

12:30 PM arrival at Black Lab.

2 PM: Buses depart from the brewery

3-3:15 PM: home!
